Weaving Stories of Hope
Communication by and for those who matter most
We work with partners to gather stories from environment champions, communities, and organizations that are working to address the triple planetary crisis. Conversations around environmental issues are often very technical and full of complex narratives and jargon. To bridge the gap and reach communities whose voices matter most, Manawari SEA hopes to help weave stories from those most affected and those whose efforts are affecting real change within their communities to inspire hope and sustained action toward a just and sustainable future.
Katumbalikwasan: Linking Climate, Nature, and People
Manawari SEA partnered with Aksyon Klima Pilipinas and the National Museum of Natural History to co-create the Katumbalikwasan: Linking Climate, Nature, and People—a 12-panel exhibit highlighting the intersections of climate change with plastics, air pollution, and greenhouse gas emissions. The exhibit underscores the importance of a whole-of-society approach to climate governance, and features critical policy linkages with the Philippines’ National Adaptation Plans (NAPs) and NDCs. Visit the Exhibit at the Marble Hall of the National Museum of Natural History, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day.
